Itinerary

In the Morning: Explore Nature and Rice Terraces At 9:00 AM – Meet at your hotel or at the main church in Sapa. Your local guide will welcome you and give a short briefing before starting the trek. 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM – Begin trekking downhill toward Cat Cat Village (approx. 2 km). Along the way, you will admire stunning terraced rice fields and traditional Hmong houses. 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM – Visit Cat Cat Village. Discover the lifestyle of the Hmong people, see their traditional handicrafts, houses, and experience their unique culture. Explore the stream at the headwaters of the Muong Hoa River and the remnants of the old French power station. 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM – Trek uphill towards Y Linh Ho Village. Walk through bamboo forests, cardamom gardens, and scenic mountain trails. You will enjoy panoramic views of Sapa town and Muong Hoa Valley along the way. ⸻ At Noon: Lunch in local restaurant 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – Stop for lunch on local restaurant the valley. Take your time to relax, enjoy local food, and capture memorable photos. ⸻ In the Afternoon: Local Villages and Culture 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Continue trekking to Lao Chai Village, one of the largest Black Hmong communities in the area. Learn about their customs, farming methods on rice terraces, and visit local houses. 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – take a short walk, in Ta Van Village, interact with locals, and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery. ⸻ End of the Tour 3:30 PM – Return by car or minivan to Sapa town. If you have a hotel in Sapa, we recommend you to leave your luggage there before starting your trip to make your trip easier and more comfortable. If you do not have a hotel, you can leave your luggage with us and we will keep them safe until you finish your trip.

Cancellation Policy

• 7 days or more before the tour date: You will receive a full refund (100%) of the tour price with no cancellation fees. 

• 6 to 4 days before the tour date: You will receive a 20% refund of the tour price. 

• Within 3 days of the tour date (including 1 day prior or same-day cancellations): Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refund.
