In the Morning: Trekking to Sa Seng & Hang Đá Village 9:00 AM – Our guide will meet you at your hotel in Sapa and transfer you to the starting point. From here, you begin the trek uphill along scenic mountain paths leading to Sa Seng Village. Along the way, you can admire terraced rice fields, stone walls, and traditional H’Mong houses that still preserve the charm of ancient times. 10:30 AM – Continue your journey to Hang Đá Village, located at an altitude of around 1,800m. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the Muong Hoa Valley and visit local H’Mong homes to learn more about their daily life and culture. Lunch at Hang Đá Village 12:00 PM – Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch prepared by your local guide in Hang Đá Village. The peaceful setting and stunning views make this the perfect spot to relax and recharge before continuing your trek.
1:00 PM – After lunch, continue trekking downhill from Hang Đá Village along quiet trails shaded by bamboo forests and mountain paths. Along the way, you will pass grazing buffalo, farmers working in the fields, and small streams that flow into the valley.
2:00 PM – Arrive at Hầu Thào Commune, home to the ancient rock field with mysterious stone carvings dating back centuries. Here, you’ll explore this archaeological site, learn about its legends, and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the valley.
